We understand that health concerns don't always follow a schedule. Dr. Sabanathan welcomes walk-in patients on a time-permitting basis. To save you a trip, we recommend calling ahead to confirm same-day availability before coming in.

Clinic Policies
Please review our clinic policies before your visit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
A valid Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) card is required for all appointments. Patients without a valid OHIP card will be required to pay a $50 non-refundable administrative fee prior to being seen by the physician. Please ensure your OHIP card is current and valid before your visit.
Please note that this clinic does not accept credit cards or debit cards for payment of fees. Cash or e-transfer may be accepted for applicable fees. Please contact the clinic in advance if you have questions about payment arrangements.
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a $50 to $100 cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen — please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment.
We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all patients, staff, and visitors. Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful language or behaviour toward any staff member is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. Patients who engage in such behaviour may be asked to leave and may have their care at this clinic discontinued.
